Horizon Commercial Realty Closes Blankenbaker Station Building Sale
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Aug. 16, 2017) – Horizon Commercial Realty recently represented CAR Properties, LLC, in the sale of a new 35,000-square-foot building in Blankenbaker Station Business Park. Horizon’s Mike DeHart and Steve Lennon were the listing agents in the transaction.
The building was purchased by Buffalo Construction, Inc., for approximately $3.6 million. The commercial construction company plans to occupy the space this fall. Buffalo Construction was represented by Traci Hunter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Rogers Group.
The recently constructed building is situated on 4.1 acres at 12700 Otto Knop Drive in Blankenbaker Station Business Park. Other tenants in this phase of the development include Norton Healthcare and the new Midea America Corp. building. An expansion of up to 56,000 square feet has also been approved for the property.
Horizon Commercial Realty affiliate, Hollenbach-Oakley, served as project manager for the building’s construction. Hollenbach-Oakley, a commercial real estate development firm, is the developer of Blankenbaker Station Business Park.
