LOUISVILLE, Ky. (July 11, 2018) – Horizon Commercial Realty recently closed on the sale of 38 acres at 1411 Tucker Station Road. Horizon’s Suzanne Cheek was the listing agent in the $3.6 million transaction.
Cityscape Residential, an Indianapolis-based development company, purchased the land and plans to construct a 370-unit apartment complex on 16 acres. Regions Bank provided a $39.6 million construction loan to facilitate the acquisition, and to develop the apartment complex. The property is located directly east of Bluegrass Industrial Park and north of Blankenbaker Station Business Park.
In addition to the Tucker Station Road transaction, Cheek has represented Cityscape Residential in several Louisville land acquisitions, including Apex on Preston, Flats at Springhurst and the new Axis on Lexington.
