Horizon Commercial Realty received multiple top 10 rankings in Louisville Business First’s 2017 Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Property Management Lists.
In the publication’s Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokers List, the firm ranked fifth in retail dollar volume ($19.91 million), sixth in office dollar volume ($27.29 million), and tenth in industrial dollar volume ($7.33 million), for a total of $57.86 million. Rankings were determined by dollar volume of space sold or leased in the Louisville area for 2016.
For the fourth consecutive year, the firm ranked in the top 10 in the Largest Commercial Property Management Firms List. The firm ranked seventh, managing more than two million square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties, a 26% increase in square footage from the previous year. Firms were ranked by square feet managed out of Louisville area offices as of July 1, 2017.
Per Louisville Business First, Louisville area includes Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham and Shelby counties in Kentucky and Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties in Indiana. More than 20 Louisville area commercial real estate firms were ranked in each of the annual lists.
