Horizon Commercial Realty is proud to announce that Principal Broker Mike DeHart has received a Costar Power Broker award for a second time. DeHart was among five individuals to be named a Top Office Leasing Broker in the Louisville market.
The award recognizes brokerage professionals who achieved high levels of leasing transaction volume in 2017, in which the individual acted as the agent or broker. The leasing awards are presented in three categories: Office leasing, retail leasing and industrial/flex leasing.
In 2017, DeHart most notably represented the landlord in two lease transactions in Plaza I at 9500 Ormsby Station Road. The tenant for both leases, Norton Properties, Inc., is occupying over 45,000 square feet, spanning multiple floors of the building.
DeHart also won a CoStar Power Broker award in 2012 when he was named a Top Retail Leasing Broker.
