Maintenance Scheduling and Supervision
Our team will make sure your property always looks in tip-top shape with schedules for lawn and landscaping; window cleaning; janitorial, building, fire, and systems inspections; and snow and ice removal. Routine maintenance activities are scheduled, recorded, monitored, and modified if necessary.
Includes everything in Maintenance Scheduling and Supervision but it also involves responsiveness to building, fire, and systems inspections and forecasting for their repair and replacement. By building and maintaining relationships with tenants and subcontractors, your property and investment will be maintained in top condition.

Tenants are always treated respectfully and professionally. Any collection items will be conducted according to each property owner’s protocol. HCR utilizes several internal and external procedures for new tenants and space acceptance. Leases are completed and turned over the property management and administration once notification is made to the property management team.
Construction & Investor Reporting
Comprehensive reports will be sent on an agreed schedule to designated investors. These reports will chronicle budgeting, upcoming lease renewals, financials, and a summary of the property.
