As Director of Property Management, Sonya Smith directly manages the property management and maintenance teams within the firm. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate property management, the last 10 managing over 600,000 square feet here in Louisville. Sonya oversees all facets of the day-to-day operations of each property, including budgeting, initiating financial decisions, and effectively communicating with property owners, tenants, and vendors. She is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast with a B.S. Degree in Accounting.
