Blair Basham is an accomplished marketing professional and joins the team as the new Marketing Director. With over 12 years of client-facing sales experience, Blair possesses a strong background in marketing and sales, making a significant impact on the organizations she serves. Throughout her career, Blair has demonstrated exceptional skills in advertising, customer service, product and business branding, media, event marketing, and promotions. In addition to her marketing expertise, she brings valuable management experience to the table, having served as a leader in developing and implementing new employee training programs.
Prior to her current role, Blair spent four years at Louisville Business First and four years at iHeartMedia, further expanding her industry knowledge. Blair graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Broadcast Communications and Sales.
